如果你的项目设计侵犯了可持续发展目标&财产、地役权或通行权; 西班牙&E may request you to redesign your project, or potentially not approve your encroachment request.  如果你想继续, please refer to the land encroachment review process below and the required documents to be submitted to 西班牙&E 建筑服务 或服务订单团队.  西班牙&E cannot begin internal review of your project without the required documents.  Once your completed forms and required documents are received, 西班牙&我们将开始内部审查.

要实现可持续发展目标&E review your proposed use of our easements or rights-of-way please follow the process below. 西班牙&E does not issue verbal consents and any claim of a verbal consent will not be honored. 

Complete our online 入侵的请求 form and submit plans and any other relevant information.

Completed application package will be circulated internally and reviewed to ensure any encroachments will not interfere with 西班牙&E操作、维护或进入我们的设施. 

如果西班牙&我们可以满足你的要求, we will prepare the agreements to document the proposed encroachment(s), 如适用,须经CPUC批准.

如果需要CPUC批准,西班牙&E will prepare and file an advice letter or application to the CPUC.

An easement or right-of-way is a right to use the property of another for certain purposes. 西班牙&E取得财产地役权, 归他人所有, 为正确安装, 维护, 操作和使用我们在该物业的设施.  The easement may restrict certain uses within the easement or right-of-way area, 以保持无障碍地实现可持续发展目标&E设施, allowing us to 维护 safe and reliable systems.  An easement or right-of-way remains in effect and transfers with the property to any new owners.

一个西班牙&E utility corridor is a strip of land that forms a passageway through which 西班牙&E installs, operates and 维护s its gas and electric facilities both above and below ground. 一个西班牙&E utility corridor can either be located within land owned by 西班牙&E,或在另一个可持续发展目标所依赖的土地上&拥有地役权或通行权.
